Terms & Conditions 88fabet – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

These terms govern the use of all 88fabet services, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton BWF), Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slots, e-sports, and all related promotions.

To register and use 88fabet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Residing in Malaysia or is a Malaysian citizen.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform.
• Not an individual legally prohibited from participating in gambling activities.

88fabet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Verification may include a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other official Malaysian identification document.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on 88fabet only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.
• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.

88fabet reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM2,000 or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to complete the KYC check within 7 days may result in a temporary account suspension.

88fabet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via approved payment methods. All deposits are credited to your account within the timeframes stated below:

88fabet does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities on the 88fabet platform and may not be transferred to third-party accounts.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 88fabet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM50,000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Processing time: 1–6 hours for approved requests during operating hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM MYT).
• Withdrawals on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

88fabet offers a variety of bonuses to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, household, or IP address, unless otherwise stated for recurring promotions.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• 88fabet's standard wagering requirement is x20 to x35 depending on the type of bonus claimed.
• Unused bonuses will expire after 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and cannot be directly converted to cash.

All sports bets at 88fabet are subject to the rules specific to the relevant sport. The following general principles apply to all sports bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless the cashout function is used.
• 88fabet reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error.
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, bets will be refunded in accordance with 88fabet's relevant sports rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market type. These limits are subject to change depending on current conditions.
• 88fabet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any member at any time without prior notice.

For live betting, odds are updated in real time based on match conditions. The final result as determined by the official organising body is conclusive for the purpose of settling bets on 88fabet.

All Live Casino games and slots on 88fabet are operated by licensed providers and independently audited. Game outcomes are random and fair, verified by independent certification bodies.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino session, any incomplete rounds will be voided and bets returned.
• Transaction records maintained by 88fabet serve as the official records for resolving any disputes.
• Certain games may not be available in specific regions due to provider restrictions or local regulations.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting 88fabet customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the review.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 88fabet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from internet service interruptions, technical disruptions, or system failures beyond our control.
• Any losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by a member.
• Loss of account data or information resulting from a security breach caused by the member's own negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the 88fabet platform.

Should any dispute arise regarding an account, transaction, or game outcome at 88fabet, the following procedure must be observed:

• Step 1: Contact the 88fabet customer support team via live chat or email at support@88fabet.ws within 30 days of the incident.
• Step 2: Our team will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request a review by 88fabet's senior management.
• Step 4: If a dispute remains unresolved, we will refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body approved by our licensing authority.

Transaction records and activity logs maintained by 88fabet are final and will serve as the basis for resolving any disputes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal processes will be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.

By using the 88fabet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, understand their content, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the 88fabet platform immediately.
